New release( V.0.5.5 )

The newer version of a plyab editor is released.

Important point of this release is “Add built-in Python25 and MinGW to installer”.

Built-in Python25 and MinGW are available.

It enablues us to use ipython or scipy via this editor without any settings.

The other of improving points are folowings.

• Replace taskkill to terminateprocess
• Default ipython path is changed to built-in Python25
• Modify bug of launch ipython with starting app
