i18n of WEB

The i18n of WEB is improved. We support English and Japanese.

Almost of contents is still English only, but it will be modified for supporting the both languages.

Of course, new post will be written with the both.

日本語 WEBの国際化を進めました。今後は英語と日本語をサポートします。

まだほとんどのコンテンツは英語のみですが、今後日本語版を追加していきます。
